If you had a two year home and many of your shingles continually blew off, blew up who and what would you do? - ontario building inspector
We have dealt with the manufacturer of tiles, our contractors, building inspectors, cities, people new origin, including a lawyer, the installation of tiles and we still have the problem. From $ 9400 increased, to know that our roof is not properly installed, the Ontario Building Code has not been pursued.

In the past I had a roofing company and your own lawyer to say that if proplery made and he can prove that, then people who have the work done in the meantime, you can sue, please do not ruin his house, you have someone on the roof and good repair, can the money for the costs of prosecution of those who have obtained departure, so we have the insurance here in us if you're a bit of confusion we must go back and correct.
I think you are not using the right kind of nails to ensure a flat head type, with more on the field. Now that you know, the code were not followed, and in fact the equipment was to blame, you have two options:
1) to the installer and correction of errors. If they refuse to sue to seek damages. Basically they can for money, which they complain are paid, gave money to control legal costs.
2) with a new installer in combination occur, correct or repeat the installation. You can continue the original installation of any damage. The money spent to pay the money you spend on the examination included, the money was spent to pay for the installation of a second, and the budget and the costs of the court.
Since the costs are significant, I suggest that you put together a local attorney for help.
I do not know the laws in Canada, the United States must allow a review of and through the work of the roof. I think you / your_contractor not.
Normally, the owner is ultimately responsible for pulling or make sure that business is established, but U.S. officials are usually mild, if homeowners by the contractor were led astray.
Good luck.
