Neroli Essential Oil VERY New To Essential Oils...need Some Guidance!?

VERY new to essential oils...need some guidance!? - neroli essential oil

This is my list of essential oils, which I would buy tomorrow:
Jasmine
Eucalyptus --
Lavender
Ylang-Ylang
Chamomile --
Neroli --
Rose

Their goal would be that the aroma and their inclusion in my bathroom to relieve stress and other things.

I am surprised that the oil companies would use the best for me? I have a list of grape seed, sunflower, almond and camellia. Of course, I do not think to reach them all. Only one or perhaps two. But what is the best for mixing with essential oils for use as a perfume?

Moreover, if I bought each essential oil on my list, plus one of the carrier, how much it will cost me well? I have absolutely no idea how this stuff! Of course we want a price, oil of poor quality ...
