What is the gift basket? An opening of a new partner or unmarried first house? A dinner? What? For an opening in an "employee" of the house if the person can, moving straight and do much for the cleaning, a gift basket of the most popular cleaning useful in 2 ways, offers products and gives advice on what to use.
If it is a housewarming party for a newly built house, on 3 Basket was for a bath. Or wine would be nice too.
The most useful is the basket of cleaning products, but not everyone would welcome a basket full of cleaning products. This implies the need to purify or (if) your wife, the cleaning is all you think or think something. For a gift basket, I would go for wine or are related to the toilet soap. They are for fun and relaxation. Who Wants to cleaner as a gift? "Ugh!
I think it depends on the circumstances. For a housewarming gift, no doubt the number 2 - household cleaning items. Would for any other kind of gift, I go with one of the other two. Preferably, the basket of wines.
