What's the best way to climb up an antenna tower? - climbing safety harness
This is an antenna mast is somehow back road into the forest back. It is very high (300 meters) and can proceed to a final. The summit is a platform where you stand or sit with enough room to go and see the light illuminates. It is apparently easy to install, but the level is very high and I think it would be dangerous if a safety belt in case of failure to achieve or are tired of halfway. Do you know a good way, how can I do? If so, what to do and how?
PS antennas have been separated at the top, and do not use radio waves and so dangerous is no problem.

I guess they have no power to do so, and therefore their illegal actions. So I do not advise you.
Boo Hoo to hear Pete! You need a harness and two safety cables, so you can see the stairs, put one after the other, then dissingage below, and a clip to the top. Although it is difficult. Good luck, buddy!
Funny, I have a couple of times myself. I was actually replace the bulb above. Anyway, I had my seat belt and two tie-offs, so I've always been affixed to the tower. There have been dropping some kind of pain in the butt to hold and hang on, but believe me when I got up high enough and the tower in the wind I was very happy to have them. Another thing to think ... the use of boots steel rod, because the steps to start very comfortable with soft soles.
